Joan is a seasoned financial professional with more than fifteen years of experience in financial analysis and operational effectiveness. Her professional background includes experience with MetLife, JPMorgan Chase, and Vanguard. In her current role as a Senior Financial Analyst, she supports enterprise‑level financial controls, audit readiness, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Her professional experience has equipped her with strong expertise in financial stewardship, accountability, and organizational sustainability.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, an MBA in Finance, and a Doctorate in Kingdom Theology. John is an educator, nonprofit leader, ordained pastor, and community advocate with a strong passion for developing the next generation of leaders. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University, USA. His academic training is complemented by extensive, hands‑on experience across education, faith‑based service, and nonprofit leadership.
He is the co‑founder of Youth Promise Kenya, an after‑school program and summer camp model focused on mentorship, educational support, and digital literacy, designed to equip young people with practical skills and pathways to opportunity. Throughout his career, John has initiated and led youth‑focused programs that have served thousands of young people, and he has contributed to nonprofit governance and leadership development in both Kenya and the United States, bringing a global perspective and a collaborative, mission‑driven approach to board leadership.

A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Melchizedek specializes in treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology and is certified as an International Behavior Therapist (IBT) through the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO). She currently works as a Behavior Therapist, where she supports neurodivergent children and youth through individualized learning and skill‑building plans that promote academic readiness, communication, independence, and social development.
